qHD Screen Confirmed in Samsung’s Galaxy S4 Mini

Existence of Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini and its qHD screen has again been confirmed. After Samsung SVP Lee Keon Hyok had made this confirmation few days ago and now the user agent profile has confirmed the existence of Samsung Galaxy S4 mini. This new source has also said that, the smaller version of Galaxy S4 will have qHD (540 x 960 pixels) resolution of the screen. The screen is likely to be 4.3″ in diagonal, working out to 256ppi.  Samsung SVP was quoted as saying, “the Galaxy S 4 doesn’t come out until late April. It’s fast, has a big, bright screen, and will probably be another huge hit for Samsung, as will the S4 mini that will go on sale soon after.”

Sources close to Samsung have received some information on this smaller version of Samsung’s latest flagship smartphone. This phone includes main camera with an 8MP sensor that is capable to capture HD video (possibly 1080p). It will also have a front-facing camera but it is still not known what will be the resolution of that camera. According to the website, the Galaxy S4 mini’s chipset will have 1GB of RAM with internal storage options ranging from 8GB to 32 GB with a microSD card slot.
