Nokia Lumia 2520 lands on the Surface in Australian next week

Finally Nokia Lumia 2520 will be introduced in the Australian market. The online sales of the product will begin from 5th May. This premium flagship product from the brand of Nokia may go on sales in the stores from 18th May. The customer is eagerly waiting for the launch of this product as it has been launched already in several parts of the world.




Nokia Lumia 2520 will surely give a touch competition to its rival Apple iPad Air and Microsoft’s Surface 2. Windows RT 8.1 is used in Nokia Lumia 2520 with the office built of Microsoft. The display of this device has been made in consideration with demand for mobile screen with big display. It has a 10 inch display with the quality of 1080p HD. Protection on the display is provided with the help of Gorilla Glass 2. LTE connectivity is also used in the device for the benefit of the user. Nokia Lumia 2520 is boasted internally with the help of 8974 Snapdragon processor.

It has an internal storage of 32 GB to save data in the device. A micro SD card can be used as well to enhance the storage space. Carl Zeiss technology is used in the device with 6.7 rear camera. A range of apps has been incorporated in the device as well for the benefit of the customer.

The cost of Nokia Lumia 2520 is about $ 499 in the US market. Nokia Lunmia 2520 may increase the cost due to introduction of tax in the Australian market. It is a device that is launched before the acquisition of Microsoft in late last year. The price of the device may also increase due to the plan of Testa. They are charging $ 25 more per month. With the introduction of tax and extra charges of Testa, Nokia Lumia 2520 may cost around $840 in the Australian market.  However it is cheaper than 32 GB iPad with the Wi Fi connection. The price of Nokia Lumia 2520 is slightly higher than Microsoft’s Surface 2. The cost of Microsoft Surface 2 is about $ 529 in the current market.
