Google Blamed For The Shortage of Nexus 4 By LG

Ever since its release in November, last year Google Nexus 4 has been listed as sold out on the internet. The Android operated smartphone is priced at £239 for an 8GB version or £279 for 16GB. This phone has been manufactured by LG the Korean firm.

When asked about the shortage and stock issues LG stated that Google was to blame. The director of LG Mobile in France said this in a statement told to the French website “Challenges”. The sales forecasts are based on sales of the Samsung based Galaxy Nexus that stated there were few handsets available and too many devices shipped to wrong geographical reasons.

Robin stated that LG had planned to enhance the production of this device the following month bringing scarcity of phones to an end. In December in another statement it was stated by Dan Cobley the managing director of UK and Ireland that the shortages of the device were due to supplies that are scarce due to issues and flaws in communication.

In a statement released last week Google stated that the Nexus 4 was the first of the many products that the Korean firm had planned with Google sparking off potential rumors that a new Google Nexus 5 may be in the pipeline soon!
