The Chinese company ZTE, known for its low-cost mobile devices, introduced a  new smartphone ZTE Racer. The device is already available for sale at online stores of the British operator 3. The handset is simple and relatively inexpensive. The phone is equipped with a 2.8-inch touch screen and runs Android 2.1 OS.

This budget smartphone can compete, for example, with HTC Wildfire, especially because it is cheaper. ZTE Racer costs 110 pounds sterling (about $168).
