Two New Phones Announced By Sony Ericsson

Sony Ericsson has unveiled two new phones the Mix Walkman phone and the Text Pro. Both the handsets have been manufactured keeping in mind the needs of the users to come up with seamless social networking functionalities.  These budget phones operate on a Sony Ericsson operating system rather than the usual Google’s Android operating system. They boast of a 3.2 Mega Pixel camera and also have a 3 inch touchscreen with a screen resolution of 240×400. The users would also enjoy the video recording feature and WiFi connectivity for chatting and browsing.

The Text Pro weighs 100g and has 18mm profile whereas the Mix Walkman weighs just 88g and is thinner than the former at 14.3mm. Both the handsets have the scope of using microSD slot. The text pro has a QWERTY keyboard making it easy for the users who love texting. It also has 64MB of RAM and internal storage of 100MB. The Mix Walkman, a handset for the music lovers does not feature a slide-out keyboard and has 64MB of RAM.

It has been announced by the Sony Ericsson company that the handsets would be made available for purchasing in stores world wide in the third quarter in a range of colors.
