Sony’s Yendo Releasing This Month

Sony Ericsson is now prepared to introduce its first touchscreen Walkman phone Yendo. This phone is expected to be in the markets by the end of January or early February in 2011. Sony’s Yendo was a phone that was showcased at the Communic Asia 2010 is a device that has a 2.6 inch touchscreen and comes equipped with Sony’s Play Now music applications and TrackID music recognition. The phone also has an internal memory of 5MB and it also comes along with an external memory support of 16GB. The phone also has a 2 MP camera and is available in ten colors. This phone is a music phone and it is targeted at the young and trendy and those fond of having music and entertainment in one phone.

Of late Sony has been manufacturing many phones and the mobile operator is going to incorporate a new technology that is the DLNA technology or the digital living networking alliance in all its handsets with effect from December 2010. The DLNA group is one that has around two hundred and fifty consumer electronic manufacturers that have come together to form a syndicate for the production of standard focused technology for electronic devices and other compatible gadgets.
