Samsung and Sprint has introduced a new smartphone – Samsung Epic 4G, which is designed to support CDMA/EV-DO Rev.A and WiMAX networks.

Samsung Epic 4G looks very similiar to the Samsung Galaxy S, but is equipped with a slider QWERTY keyboard, 4-inch Super AMOLED touch screen, 1-gigahertz  Samsung Hummingbird processor, Android 2.1 OS and TouchWiz 3.0 interface.  Among other specifications are the 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and ability to record videos of 720p format, additional VGA-camera for video calls, support for Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and GPS, 1 GB internal and 512 MB operative memory. Desides, the phone supports microSD memory cards.
