As promised, Samsung introduced its new smartphones during the CommunicAsia 2010 exibition.The new lineup includes models based on Bada, Android and Windows Mobile platforms. Among the announced phones are – Android smartphones Galaxy S, Galaxy Beam (I8520), Galaxy 5 (I5500) and Galaxy 3 (I5800); Bada smartphones Wave 2 (S5250) and Wave 2 Pro (S5330); Windows mobile smartphones – Omnia Pro 4 (B7350) and Omnia Pro 5 (B6520).

As the manufacturer states, Galaxy 3 is focused on the use of multimedia features, while the Galaxy 5 – on the youth audience.

Samsung Galaxy 3 and Galaxy 5 will be available on the European and Asian markets early in July, and Galaxy Beam will begin its sales in Singapore.

Samsung Wave 2 and Wave 2 Pro will go on sale in August in Russia and South-East Asia.

For business customers Samsung has produced two smartphones based on Windows Mobile 6.5 OS – Omnia Pro 4 (B7350) and Omnia Pro 5 (B6520).

Samsung Omnia Pro 4 will be available in Europe, the CIS and South-East Asia from July, while Omnia Pro 5 will be available in South-East Asia, Middle East and Africa, India and Latin America from August.
