Samsung All Set To Break 6inch Screen Size, Galaxy Mega Smartphone Coming

After Galaxy S4 and other high-end smartphones, Samsung is now going to introduce Galaxy mega smartphone which is likely to beat the widest screen smartphone to date 5.5 inch Samsung Galaxy Note II. This brand new smartphone from this South Korean mobile maker is capable enough to blur the thin line between phone and tablet even further. This Galaxy Mega phones will be available in two denominations – with screen size 5.8 inch and 6.3 inch respectively. The 6.3 inch model will overtake even the Huawei’s 6.1-inch Ascend Mate which is famous for its biggest screen till now.

Either of these two handsets are claimed to have an 8-megapixel camera on the rear and 1.9-megapixel camera up front. The 6.3-inch Galaxy Mega will be associated with a 1.7GHz dual-core processor. This bigger version will be of two varieties with 8 GB or 16GB internal storage. On the other hand the smaller version i.e. the handset with 5.8 inch will come with a 1.4GHz dual-core processor and 8GB of internal memory. Both the handsets will be compatible to support microSD cards up to 64GB and are equipped with 1.5GB of RAM. LTE connectivity will be included with the larger Galaxy Mega, with the 5.8-inch version packing an HSPA+ radio. To cash in on these larger screens, Samsung’s multi-window view is likely to be installed to enable users to get two apps at a time.

If you are in Europe or Russia you can expect to own this mega smartphone in early May. On the other hand, it is yet to be finalized the date of official launch in other parts of the world.
