According to the vice president of Sprint the Motorola Admiral can offer instant communications and mobile broadband data access when it is most required. This new hand device will be made available in the retail stores of Sprint on Sunday, October 23. Customers wishing to buy this handset through online Sprint retail channels can get it on November 13.

Motorola Citrus has several features that distinguish it from other similar phones. But the main ”highlight” of this smatphone is its touchpad BACKTRACK on the back side of the case. This panel allows you to navigate through menus and programs without touching the touch screen.

The phone will retail for $49.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate and two-year Verizon contract.

So, Motorola Droid 2 Global has a processor with a frequency of 1.2 GHz, 5-megapixel camera with autofocus and dual LED flash, a sliding QWERTY-keyboard, 8 GB of internal memory, microSD slot. Previously it was reported that the device is equipped with a 3.7 inch display with a 480×854 pixels resolution.

Apparently, the smartphone will be available to subscribers of the U.S. operator Verizon. The release date of Motorola Droid 2 Global is not specified, but the sales of the device should start soon.

The smartphone runs OPhone OS 2.0 and suports 3G networks of China Mobile. This horizontal slider has a 3.7-inch touch screen with 480×854 pixels resolution.

In addition the device is equipped with an 8Mpx camera with autofocus and dual LED flash, as well as 720p HD-video recording, 600MHz processor, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS with A-GPS support and the Chinese version of Wi-Fi adapter, called WAPI.

Motorola SPICE will be available for sale in this quarter, the price and sales regions have not been specified yet.

The HTC Merge has not been announced yet, but we offer an informal comparision of merge and Droid 2 (known as Milestone 2 in Europe).

The Flipout has been introduced earlier, but now it’ll be released in the US. The devices don’t run the latest version of Android, but Android 2.1 and support Motoblur interface.But most likely an upgrade to Android 2.2 will happen soon.

Motorola Flipout is a compact smartphone with a touchscreen that rotates and is equipped with a QWERTY-keyboard. It’ ll come to AT&T on October 17 $79.99 with a contract.

Motorola Bravo was formerly known as Motorola MB520 Kobe/Diablo. It’s pretty advanced candy bar with a 3.7-inch display with a 854×480 pixels resolution and multi-touch support. It is based on 800-MHz chip, TI OMAP 3610, supports 3G networks, is equipped with a GPS-receiver, Wi-Fi module with DLNA, 3-megapixel camera, a slot for microSD memory cards and FM-radio. The cost of the device is $129.99 with a contract, the smartphone will be released closer to Christmas holidays.

And finally, the smartphone Motorola Flipside, rumored as Sage, will come to the end of the year for $99.99 with a contract. This is a slider with 3.1-inch HVGA-touchscreen (320×480 pixels) and a sliding QWERTY-keyboard. Among its features – 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, 3-megapixel camera and microSD-card slot.

Motorola Citrus is a budget eco-friendly Android device, which is made of 25% post-consumer recycled plastic. The phone runs Android 2.1 and supports MOTOBLUR UI.

It appears to be a touchscreen-only phone that should be relatively light and small, making it a very tempting option for anyone who doesn’t need the biggest and best phones coming out today.

The price has not been announced yet, but we believe that Verizon will make this one pretty budget-friendly. It’ll be available in the 4th quarter of 2010.

This is not the first official action against mobile phone technology on Android: Apple previously sued HTC due to few smartphones that run Android and several devices based on Windows Mobile.

The American manufacturer of mobile devices is accused of violating nine patents in the smartphones running Android. The patents relate to various built-in functions of thesmartphones, including the synchronization of email, calendar and contacts, planning events, applications, “reminders” about the changed signal strength and battery level.

“Judging by the recent actions by Apple and Oracle, we are not alone in this respect.”

i886 runs Android, and is equipped with a full QWERTY keyboard, and the second – an alphanumeric keyboard.

Motorola i886 has not been officially announced yet, but has already been approved by FCC.

It seems like the smartphone has no keyboard, and most of its panel is the touch screen, under which the touch buttons are placed. Motorola MB520 Kobe runs Android 2.1, has a MotoBlur interface, and it’s supposed that the OS will be upgraded to the newest vbersion – Android 2.2.

The technical specifications of the device are not known yet. The model most likely refers to the average and is unlikely to be expensive.It’s not known when the new smartphone will go on sale. But judging from tha fact, that the phone runs Android 2.1, the release will be in the near future. In the US the phone will be available via AT&T.

Motorola ME501 runs Android OS and uses MOTOBLUR interface.In addition, the ME501 is equipped with a 3.1-inch touch screen,5-megapixel camera with autofocus and flash modules, and  GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi/WAPI and a slot for  microSD memory cards.

Motorola ME501 is based on 528-MHz processor and equipped with 256 MB RAM and 512 MB of internal memory. The smartphone supports GSM/EDGE and tri-band WCDMA 3G.

Unfortunately, the processor of the Milestone XT720 is not faster than the one of Motoroi, as previously rumored – it’s just a 550MHz one.

Milestone XT720′s Dimensions are 60,9 x 116×10,9 mm, weight – 160 g. The new product is designed to support GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz and UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA 1700/2100 MHz networks.

The Milestone XT720 runs Android 2.1, but it will probably be updated to Android 2.2 Froyo after launch.

The exact date, when the new device will hit the market, is not known yet, but it’ll most likely happen in the next few months.

According to Motorola’s representative Ralph Gerbershagena, Milestone XT720 is one of the most productive and technically advanced smartphones of the American corporation.
