Apple iPhone Market Dips In China

There is sad news for the Apple iPhone market in China and that is its sales have declined for a second quarter in one row. This Smartphone lost the battle in the mobile market to phones that were locally made and cheaper. There were also some people who held off the purchase of the Apple iPhone after the iPhone 4S was launched in the nation last month.

Apple has not seen friendly sales in China as it is currently battling with lawsuits from local firms over the name of the iPad and other issues prominent at factories that are supplying the phone over its working conditions and wages.

The nation has recorded an increase in the number of mobile subscribers in the nation. The number of people using mobiles in China is recorded to be about one billion. There is immense competition between the top mobile handset service providers like Nokia, ZTE, Samsung and others. Apple however managed to regain the top slot at the globe’s largest vendor of Smartphones however it dipped to fifth place in the nation as it was overtaken by ZTE. Huawei also gained wide prominence in the market as along with ZTE it successfully promoted its handsets vigorously overtaking Apple’s iphone in the race!
